Flannery Oaks Guest House is one of the best facilities in Baton Rouge ! The premises from the outside is beautiful. The entrance is inviting along with the inside. Brand new top to bottom , smells very nice . The residents their to be so happy and comfortable. They have a very good staff from admissions to environmental services, the food is excellent. The whole staff enjoys working there. Giving it a family/team players that all work together. I've been to quite a few other facilities with my grandparents and only wish we could have brought them to Flannery Oaks in their time of need.

First 6 weeks have been Great for my Mom. Flannery Oaks came Highly Recommended and I see why. Beautiful Facility but Most Importantly, the staff. Everyone I’ve been in contact with has been Extremely Kind and Caring. Thank you all so much for making an Extremely Stressful Situation a lot easier to tolerate.

DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT THEM....EVER! Patients are left unattended, hair in bedsheets upon arrival plus NUMEROUS OTHER HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS. I made the mistake of thinking this would be a CLEAN and SAFE place for my mother as a Skilled Nursing Facility. She stayed 2.5 days before I pulled her out of there after her being treated badly and ignored by staff. They are now refusing to release ANY PAPERWORK that we requested regarding her stay, care or anything else we signed!!! NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, EVER send a loved one there. And if you have one there...Do what I did and GET THEM OUT!!!!
