30. Ok to get off the HWY for a few hours.... But, water came out muddy and 15lbs of pressure... you do not want to use the water except for emergencies... Lots of junk laying around and old, old campers with blue tarps on sections seemingly to keep them dry inside. Lots of people around, few spoke english. Baths discussing, not so much dirty as very old. Mirrors in bathhouse were shattered.. A couple of PBS tv stations available. Electricity worked...

Ok over night, but high in price for what you got! It rained so it was quite muddy out there! Upside is it's a nice location cuz it's close to Asheville, But it's mostly for full-timers! Nice people around! It's a been there done that kind of thing ,Don't think I'll do it again!

This is a pretty cool place to stay. Very close to restaurants and stores yet tucked in the woods enough To enjoy being outdoors. Laundry, bathrooms and showers are available at the park. You can also enjoy fishing at the catch and release pond. The owner is such a good guy.

There are no words I can use that would be printed. We tried to call and the mailbox was full. The website said, "reservations are not needed just come in". We did the place is a pigsty to say the last. The first site we went to the electric did not work. The second site was the same. We got back on our apps and looked for anything even the city dump. We found a place .9 mile down the road Lakewood RV Resort. A world of difference.

I thought it was very nice place. My family from FL had stayed the night there and they enjoyed it. They dont have a fire ring or pit so you gotta have a camp stove or one in the rv. Away from traffic and feels like you are in the woods a bit.

Just a campground. Not bad, nothing special. Road is getting pretty bumpy. Biggest issue is the water pressure....or the lack there of. Hope your water pump works on your trailer.
