We are beyond thrilled with the responsiveness of James at Flathead Insurance, quite often on the weekends and after hours. I was very happy when I was shopping for insurance and discovered an agent who covered both our Montana and Arizona properties. I thought I would have to shop for Arizona coverage on my own. Flathead Insurance also saved us over a 1,000 a year! There is nothing to not like about that! Even though we whine every time there is a rate increase. Leaving my local Arizona State Farm agent was recently reinforced when I had to deal with them on a maturing life insurance policy.
