Booked 5 staff for 5 hours for my wedding, made clear what the requirements were, in that staff were need to move tables/chairs and then clear up. I have to say, I didn't feel totally confident in how professional the company was during phone conversations I had prior to the event, but decided to give them a chance as all small businesses deserve a chance to grow. On the day, only 3 staff turned up, and were not motivated for the job. 1 was heavily pregnant and not suitable for the job. Finally, 1 turned up over 3 hours late. In the end, my own guests had to take the lead, causing stress and inconvenience. I don't feel like I have received what I paid for and would not recommend this company.
