Exceptional service and good prices. This is the classic hardware shop and it has been here for decades. Helpful staff that know their stuff and you can buy exactly the number of screws, bolts, widgets etc that you need, no need to bulk buy at high prices from a major retailer.

Exceptional customer service. They go well above and beyond what you expect. I went to get a replacement lock and instead they serviced and repaired my old one and cut a new key for it. All done for less than a lock from Screwfix!!
