Today my daughter received her Renault Megan and to say that she is delighted is an understatement. Mollie found the car and I dealt with Charles throughout the sales process. I have to say that he is a completely honest, caring, genuine human being and I absolutely and unreservedly recommend this company to anyone looking for a good quality second hand car. Charles made the whole process a pleasure and he was true to his word right up to the delivery. He even pulled in his lovely daughter to help send us a video and some additional photos and this clinched the sale. I also wanted to thank the wider Charvil team for preparing the car so well - all the documents were in order. Charles at Charvil Car Centre is wonderful and amazing! He was really helpful and supportive when purchasing our first car, a fiat 500, during the Covid-19 crisis. We kept in communication during lock down and when viewings were allowed again, we were straight round and got to test drive, purchasing straight on the spot! The service is amazing, full MOT and he made sure everything was perfect for us. Really friendly and welcoming and all around great experience, we love our little car! We fully recommend Charvil Car Centre and will be looking here first for any future purchases!

I needed to sell my elderly fathers’ car as he was no longer able to drive. A friend put me in touch with Charles at Charvil Car Centre. Charles gave me a fair and honest price for the car. People do not always realise that Charles not only sells cars from his premises in Fleet but also buys direct from the public. Bought an i20 from Charles and his team back in January 2020. Had a weird thing happen while test driving it - the gear stick became disconnected and I had to call Charvil to come and get me, and I thought oh no, what is this place I'm buying a car from?! Poor Charles was so embarrassed and apologetic. I didn't know him then, so I wasn't sure if this was a case of \typical used car dealer\. Anyway, I'm pleased to say that he dealt with it really well - so apologetic, and got it fixed really quickly. I now know it's something that can happen, and gives no warning. Anyway, I've had it a year and have had no trouble at all with the car. Recently had it MOT'd, and it came back with not only a Pass, but no advisories at all. The MOT garage called it \a nice little car!\. I actually called Charles to tell him, and it made his day to get that phonecall. Despite the freak incident on the test drive, turns out this guy is genuine, and really wants to sell a good car to his customers. Hopefully I won't need to replace the car any time soon, but when I do, I'll go straight back to Charvil. Very happy to give this place a 5 star recommendation.

Unfortunately can't give more then 5* but Charles deserves 7* at least. We tried to find a small-nice car for my girlfriend for a reasonable price. After so many disappointing views we walked in to Charvil Car Centre. We felt from the first second that something is different here when we met with Charles. Welcoming, reliable person and lots of extras included in the price what you can't find anywhere else. We bought a Mazda 2 which is in really good condition, low milage, the price reasonable, included a fresh MOT, breakdown cover and some gurantee. However the car worked perfectly, Charles told us to take it back after few weeks when we have time, because he wants to make sure that we have brand new break pads - for no extra charge. Because of the COVID the few weeks became few months but still this has happened as it was promised. I can just recommend to buy a car from him, you will not be left alone after you have paid the car off. I am not looking for a car anywhere else next time, thank you Charles and your team!
