Best place for yoga around!! With instructors being very knowledgeable around their specific styles. Helping you to learn postures for the first time or to better them, to feel the true benefits. The whole studio has a calming atmosphere with both its non judgemental classes and its breath of freshly scented air. Keep racing thoughts beyond its walls and let the classes take over.
After attending several classes here in Fleet at Elements yoga studio I signed up to become a full member. Kirsty has been so helpful and I am loving my yoga practice here
I've been a part of this friendly group for several years now, and have always found Emma to be professional, approachable and supportive , I feel as if I'm constantly learning and improving, the classes have had a positive effect on my wellbeing, I look forward to going every week , its my tiime to clear my head, concentrate on myself and relax .
