Staff here so unhelpful and difficult to deal with. Me Very sick old man confused by my medication gets called into secret meeting by black African chemist saying I'm upsetting his staff would I like to self certificate. No my medication is life saving what I would like is for you to go back to Africa for good so we can get a kind caring chemist who looks after his confused elderly patients.

I informed them of the incorrect times on their website and my problem collecting prescriptions due to childcare. The manager was very helpful and understanding

Be useful if they answered the phone, having to make a possible unnecessary trip to see if prescription ready kind of defeats the object the government is asking us to do.and maybe advise that they are closed from 1pm till 2pm instead of growling through the door that they are closed

Chemists all have terrible English changing all the time because they go back for months to their own countries. Staff very unhelpful here. Makes the whole process so confusing when they send you to fleet medical centre with a piece of paper to get signed instead of sorting it out themselves. Terrible service.
