I have been renting a room at UBC for about the last 5 years and they have always been great. The reception staff are attentive and can never do enough for you. I would recommend the space to anymore looking for affordable and well run office space. The last few negative reviews must be at a different UBC then the one I am working in, as Karen is very professional and great at what she does.

Quite possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. If you like an easy life I highly suggest you never come into contact with this office or the people ‘running’ it. Karen the operations manager couldn’t manage a cupboard let alone an office... you know people that just aren’t cut out to speak to any members of the public.. yeah that’s her! Kevin the centre manager, you get more conversation out of a wet fish! However Dani the young reception lady needs a promotion, she was lovely! However in general they’re incredibly rude unprofessional, unorganised and all round appalling! Serviced offices??? There is absolutely zero service whatsoever! Please safe yourself the hassle and never step foot inside the building!

Keep getting accounts dept chasing for invoices yet we did not take the space after being messed around due to admin errors on their side. Really wanted to work through issues but Karen their Operations Director lied about space occupancy (apparently it went overnight). She simply spent her time making slanderous remarks about Regus/Spaces her previous employer. Totally unprofessional and didn’t want to work with us to work through the misunderstandings and made it very clear (and personal!) that she no longer wanted us to take the space - yet we still receive accounts chasing payments! If only they spent the time being more sincere, we would probably have been in the office very happy by now!

Very unprofessional! Continuously harassed for an invoice when I did not occupy the space due to multiple errors, room changes, nonfunctional facilities and extremely rude Operations Director. Avoid at all costs!
