John jr did a fantastic service for my husband in a short space of time.. he kept me up to date with what was happening on the day and it went like a dream and how I imagine it to be. I would recommend him and the company to everyone as I can't fault the service in any way shape or form

Superb service when agreeing service. Absolutely awful after service. Bill paid on time but received a reminder for an 'unpaid Bill. Very distressing. Despite several phone calls and an email i still do not have confirmation that they have received the 3400 that we paid them. This is required for estate administration. I cannot get past the admin people. Would not recommend this firm.
