Just had the most Amazing facial by Kelsey in the newly refurbished beauty room! Upon entering, I was immediately captured by the tranquil ambiance which was achieved by the use of soft relaxing music and realistic looking replica candles! The sound of trickling water from the beautiful water feature was also very soothing!! I was laid on a comfortable heated beauty bed and was treated to a slice of pure heaven The products used felt wonderful and the pressure used was just perfect!!! My face, upper chest and neck feel so soft and nourished! I was also pleasantly surprised at how long the treatment lasted (a good hour) and felt that it was worth every penny!!! I will 100% be booking in for another as well as a full body massage and highly recommend this treatment to anyone!! Well done girls

Friend bought a voucher for a back massage and their member of staff left. They offered me other services in exchange but my Mrs wanted the back massage. I was told the boss would call me back to solve which didn't happen and meant me chasing the boss via Facebook to which the boss was extremely responsive and offered a refund. I give 4* because it is her company but it's a shame the other staff couldn't use their initiative
