We had breakfast, which was very nice, but they couldn't let us have any eggs because their machine was broken! I didn't realise there was only 1 way to cook eggs. We visited several times over the next two weeks and it was the same each time. I'm not sure how long it took to repair because we decided to go elsewhere.

Cafe situated within the Freeport shopping outlet. Very clean and with inside and outside seating. Food of a good standard. One of the few eating places left at the outlet.

A pleasant small cafe with outdoor seating. Good coffee. Mainly snacks on the menu - burgers, sandwiches and cakes.

Just awful place, cannot stress enough how bad this place is. Firstly the table was sticky and had to ask for it to be cleaned ordered large fish and chips which cost .7 but what the heck it's a treat, wasn't very happy when I spotted the bag of frozen chips but use them at home so thought they can't be that bad. Waited good 15 minutes for the food even though there were loads of staff but doesn't seem to be any organisation. Waitress eventually came and asked us if we would like another drink while we're waiting, said we haven't had first drink yet!!! When it arrived The chips were stone cold and very small portion and we even asked was this a large portion as it was on a side plate! That was sent back and next one was worse, chips are cooked from frozen on a 4minute fryer so always cold plus they tasted weird like they were cooked in dirty oil. We then poured the tea and there was a moth in the tea pot. That was the cherry on the cake. We asked for a refund and was told by the lady who managed the cafe to leave and don't come back. No worries there. We felt physically ill afterwards.

Very poor. We were a party of pensioņers with small appetites but, for the first time for any of us, were refused the children's menu. AND though there were sausages on the children's menu there were none on the adults!!! We would have walked out at that point had there been other restaurants available but went ahead and ordered alternative meals. The pasty was all pastry with hardly any filling and the chips were unappetisingly stale. The only good news is that the table staff were friendly and attentive. We won't, however, be back...

Hap hazard service. Coffee slopped into the saucer, cakes arrived separately from hot drinks. One cake appeared after fifteen minutes, the next another five minutes after that. Staff are not trained and not really interested in the job; theyre just kids.
