I joined Weight Watchers Saturday morning group 2 yrs ago with my daughter as it was the only class that worked for her. It is a great welcoming group with a brilliant coach in Andy Halliwell. He has supported and encouraged me on every step of my 104 lb weight loss ( fo date). Andy has helped me with great advice when my weight loss plateaued and encouraged me to speak up in class with things i have done which i felt helped me in my weight loss journey. Every one of the members is made to feel that their weight loss journey is just as important as everyone else’s. Members also encourage each other both in class and on line through the group webpages. Its a great friendly supportive group to belong to and i would recommend to anyone trying to lose a little or a lot of weight. Weight Watchers rocks !!!
