I can't thank Luda enough for working me into her already packed schedule. I had already filed my taxes but had a pressing issue with one of my accounts with HR Block. She agreed to help right away even though the whole office was clearly very busy. I really didn't have to wait too long at all either. To top it all off, her computer was acting out, but instead of turning me away for another time, she resolved the issue and made sure my questions were answered and my account was sorted out. Shout out to the office administrative assistant for keeping me company while I waited! I regret that I did not get her name but she was so kind in trying to see if any one had time to help me. Thanks again Luda! I'd recommend this location for tax prep to anyone in the area!
