Went to inquire about having my company logo embroidered this morning July 22, 2019, I brought in my Masonic emblem and my company logo to have stitched on the back of a work shirt. After explaining to the young man from the back, because the older gentleman and young lady didn’t acknowledge my existence when entering the establishment, he ( the young man from the back) began to tell me why they wouldn’t/couldn’t embroider my desires. The conversation went from being “it’s going to be really costly” (80.00), to how much thread it would take to create the embroidered piece. I don’t know if it was a micro -aggression when informed “it’s going to be expensive” as if I couldn’t afford their work, or I was being goaded to make the purchase. I was pre-warned of this establishments attitude and demeanor ahead of time. Being foolish, I gave them the benifit of the doubt, and found out that their reputation of being nasty, contrite, and snobbish are all true.
