Skies were ok, no ski glasses for rent -\u003e you will spend approx. 150.- for good glasses. Service is great

They saved our trip! If I could rate 6 stars I would. Had 3 broken spokes at the end of a Saturday during our bike touring trip. Had no replacements, no other shops around open : too late, or Sunday.... And we really needed to get going the next day. We thought we would need to go by train, but turns out they were open and even though they were fully booked, they took us in and made the repair for us. Thanks a million guys!!! Now, on to our next destination... BY BIKE! :-))

It's with great disappointment that I have to rate this shop so low. The Costumer service is terrible. I specifically took a day to drive at famous flims trails but i had a problem just the night before arriving in flims (rear brakes oil leak). It takes about 10 - 15 min to bleed them back and no one was reluctant to help me saying that they were too busY and had loads of work to do. Imagine driving this far from olten to flims and then have to drive all day just with front brakes ?! Worst costumer service I have had, they are selfish and rude.

Nice Place. They are very fast in renting and returning skis and snowboards. They have also quite a big selection of gear!

The material provided was OK but the prices too high. Also the boots were a bit too loose because they'd been used a lot already. Service is fast and friendly but could be automated further. Given the convenience and speed I can understand the markup but knowing that beforehand I would have chosen a different option.
