Dr Grossi and team are absolutely fantastic. My family has been loyal customers for more than 10 years. Ortho for both boys and extensive work for me after chemo treatment. Reasonable, understanding and pain free. Simply the best for us.

My sister called this office and asked if they catered to people that are very fearful and she can not use nitris. Person to answer the phone was extremely unsympathetic and was not reassuring at all to her. Needless to say she did not make an appointment And neither will I

I went to the office today with my 22 year old son Taylor who has Autism. He had to get a small filling in his tooth. He went in last week and according to my son, got the worst news of his life...a cavity. He said he felt very dejected. He always works very hard every day with brushing and flossing and using mouthwash. So he knew he was coming in today to get it fixed. I explained ahead of time to Taylor what to expect and how it will go. He actually had me call after I made the initial appointment last week...he wanted me to make sure our sweet and patient hygienist Ashleigh would be there to give the shot to numb. She was! Seeee Ashleigh is the sweetest and kindest Hygienist!! Not to take away from the others who are amazing as well. Ashleigh listens to Taylor and his concerns. LISTENS!! And always makes him feel so very comfortable. So today Taylor was prepared, although nervous. She came in and speaks kindly and softly to Taylor and administered the shot to numb. Taylor did wonderful and Mom, of course got all teary eyed. Dr. Bobby Grossi came in and talked with Taylor and joked some, made him feel extremely comfortable. Made him laugh too!! They said he did really well!! I can’t thank Dr. Grossi, Ashleigh and the other two assistants enough. Thank you all for treating my son with kindness and respect. Talking to him while he is there. Thank you for treating him like the wonderful, amazing human he is. He is the world to Us and I appreciate all that you do for him, always!! You made a day where he was anxious so much better!! And especially Xad for always being sweet to our son. Thank you to a wonderful establishment who goes out of their way for their patient/patients. If you have a child/children/ family member with Autism or special needs...please come here! You won’t be disappointed!! We are forever grateful!!!
