Had balayage and haircut here. Everything was fine with the cutting and customer service overall seemed fine, BUT definitely not the best understanding of what balayage actually is. Unfortunately have my head almost fully coloured with yellow now. Another worrying moment was when master dropped a comb on the floor then picked it up and continued using it on my hair without cleaning like nothing happened - not a good sign for me at all (especially during pandemic).

Thoroughly enjoyed myself here. Got my hair cut exactly as I wanted by junior stylist Kejsi, which was then checked over by the boss. Kejsi even gave me the name for the exact color style I wanted, which I will come back here to do soon.

Having been going to Flok after a recommendation from a friend 4 years ago. Super friendly, on time, great value and excellent service. During COVID they are very considerate with shields between chairs, compulsory masks, and sanitiser regularly used throughout treatment, I felt very safe and comfortable. Highly recommend.

The haircut was fine but I wasn't a fan of Drini's patronising attitude when I mentioned I stopped colouring my hair and his reply was that \grey hair is ok for men but not for women\ so I'm not going back.

I love this place. Vincent always takes very good care of my hair and follows my wishes. I wouldn't go to any other hairdresser in London.
