We had our old carpet floor replaced with wood floor by Floor Concept & Design last week. They did a wonderful job! The work was done expeditiously and they kept the home as clean as possible. Not only that, we noticed a couple of small issues afterward, and they were taken care of very quickly. The customer service is great! I highly recommend this company. Thanks for the beautiful new floor!

6/5! Ali and his team are fantastic! Bought a home and needed the old carpet removed and put in something a bit more durable (kids, pets, high traffic). He walked us through the process and helped us find something within our budget. Furthermore, he was able to get the work done BEFORE move-in day, saving us TONS of hassle. When his team came, they were professional and quick and maintained social distancing. The Final Product was fantastic! A modem update to a teenage home. There are a number of other flooring/carpeting professionals in the area (we shopped around, even considered Home Depot), but the care and customer attention I received from Ali and his team and the fact that he as been in the areas for more than 30 year (I remember walking down the Pike and seeing his store as a teen) was more than enough to trust him with this project. I am sure over the course of the home, I will need a bathroom redone (or 2) and the stairs. And there is only one place I would go (or recommend). Check out the before and after pictures below (with the attention to detail on the steps and fire place).

The owner, Ali, is the best. Very professional and provided great advice for a first time homeowner like myself. I had to refinish floors of my condo and it turned out more than expected. The service was very fast as well. Excellent service for a great price.

Mr. Ali and his team were superb in their service to installing my new flooring. Mr. Ali is incredibly personable, friendly, and patient. My experience communicating with him was very smooth and easy the entire process. Great customer service experience. Also, he was very proactive in communicating ahead of time that some of the shipments were delayed from the supplier, I very much appreciated that. His expertise in flooring and great customer service is why I give a 5/5 stars! I would highly recommend this company and would hire again for future projects!

Life Beautiful

They did a wonderful job in my house! Updated February 2019: This is the third job Ali/Floor Concepts and Design did in my house. This time it was a full bathroom upgrade. I couldn't be happier! They changed linoleum to tile and built a new corner shower to replace the old shower cabin. Ali was always available for advice on design and colors, and accommodated my adjustments along the way. All work was done within a quick timeframe, as promised! (See pictures.) -------- June 2018: Floor Concepts and Design replaced carpet with LVP on the second floor of my town home. Ali, the owner, patiently helped me select the right flooring material. He has a diverse range of materials in his store. He showed me more options than another company I was exploring. He helped me match the new flooring for the second floor to the existing flooring on the first floor and the stairs. Ali's offer was less expensive and for the job done faster. The other estimate I got was for 3 days and it was more expensive even after a promotional discount. Ali was not pushy and I just got a sense of him as an honest, trustworthy guy. Three workers (Melvin was in charge) completed the work in one day as promised! They arrived at 8 am, left at 5 pm. They kept dust to a minimum, and when they finished, they cleaned up after themselves. They connected the shoe molding to the baseboard with a caulk with such precision, that it looks like one solid white baseboard! My new floors look perfect. I am extremely pleased, because the work was done superbly, I was treated with patience and respect, and I got a very good price. I want them to do other work in my house.
