I researched and priced refinishing the floors. Sam advised that his company would earn five stars. Well they certainly did. Installers Rafael and Juan did a great job. Their attention to detail was excellent. Even when some stain went over the quarter round, they painted over it to ensure a neat finish. Floors look absolutely wonderful.

From first call inquiry to successive visits and questions to actual full install, was very happy with service and quality of products from Philip and his crew. I had multiple quotes from various vendors but appreciated the info shared by Philip and no hard sell tactics unlike other vendors. From start to finish, professional job including install, cleanup and done in one day as opposed to two estimated days. Very happy with our new laminate floors and carpeted stairs that they installed. Thank you and will highly recommend them!

Phillip, Sam, and the install crew were fantastic. We were removing carpet from a new build home since the builders cost was terrible value for the money. Not only did they beat the builders price, they also installed a floor that was more than twice the quality. My wife s parents were moving in before us and they went above and beyond to make sure that they were taken care of quickly without cutting any corners. Carlos, head installer, and Sam would check in with me multiple times and day and then, once her parents were moved in, they d make sure to come by and check to see if things were going okay and if they needed anything. Even once the work was complete they were extremely responsive. We had a stair that was a little wobbly. Within 24 hours they were back at my home repairing the step. I can t say enough good things about these guys. I already have two friends convinced that when they redo their floors this year, they are calling Phillip and Sam. Building the home was a very stressful experience but they made this completely stress free. They definitely deserve the five star rating.

Philipp and Sam spent quite a bit of upfront time to develop the best scope for the project. Rather than just performing the work and getting paid for it, they provided much needed help in making sure that we have a long-term solution to the problem that caused the wood floor damage. When they were unsure about something, they reached out to subject matter experts for advice. I feel good about the work that their team performed to rebuild our floors.

Really appreciated all the time and effort Philipp and Sam took to help my husband and me feel comfortable with what we were doing in our home (entire first floor replacement of glued down engineered hardwood). They both took time to help us understand the whole process and they continued to work diligently until we found the product that we were looking for. Both are very creative, helpful and knowledgeable. They are both kind, caring, and empathetic to homeowners who must undergo restorative work for damaged homes. The team who came to prep the floors for demo, the demo team, and the installers all did an amazing job. Each person on the team is kind, courteous, personable, and took care of our home as they would their own. They covered EVERYTHING with plastic, including the stairs and all the openings to the upstairs to prevent dust from the demo to pass upstairs. They were all very skilled and hard workers, working very long days to minimize the amount of time our family spent away from home. None of the workers smoked, used profane language or even listened to inappropriate music. I really appreciated all that they did and the fact that they were genuinely good people who I would want working on my home. I am happy to recommend or refer anyone to Floor Coverings International and will use them in the future (we are scheduled to have some more work next week with them). (Score 10 out of 10)
