Moved into new home that required replacing all the bedroom carpeting. Mark and Jenny personally handled the account and arranged for samples to arrive at my home. The experience was stress-free and both Mark and Jenny are extremely responsive with emails. Upon installation I expressed a concern about increased traffic at the entry of each bedroom and possible uplift, and Mark immediately sent out his installer to bolster the entries. Mark personally inspected the work and insured that I was satisfied. I've been in business for over 30 years, and this is the experience has been painless. I only wish that other owners and companies would represent their products truthfully, act responsible and respond without hesitation once the \deal is done\. I had a great experience with Floor Coverings International of North Tampa. The owner Mark and his wife Jenny are both so nice and professional. Mark came to my home and made a point to spend a lot of time showing me different flooring options and answering all my questions. I had an estimate given to me in a matter of just minutes. Yesterday the installers finished putting in my floors and I LOVE it! The floors look amazing and the installers were so friendly and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. I'm so happy I picked this company to install my floor.

Mark and Jenny went above any beyond my expectations! They are professional, friendly, prompt, and customer service is bar none. I had a very quick turnaround request and they were more than accommodating to fit my time frame. They even arranged to quickly remove the existing flooring while the new flooring was being shipped to give me ample time to take care of the subfloor staining left by the previous owner. The installer, Steve, was also just a nice guy and his craftsmanship is wonderful! Thank you so much! I will be recommending Floor Coverings International to everyone.

When my husband and I purchased our new home, we wanted to remove the old rugs in all of the bedrooms. We are new to expensive home improvement projects, so I needed to find a flooring company that would walk me through the process and discuss the pros, cons, and pricing of our many options. Thankfully, I found Jenny and Mark McMurray. Jenny guided me every step of the way and was upfront about all of the costs before we moved forward. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our flooring. We now have gorgeous marmoleum floors in all of the previously carpeted rooms. We are giving 5 stars, though to be completely forthcoming, there were two areas of uneven flooring that needed to be repaired. Mark returned to our home after the flooring was placed to review the job, discuss options, and make sure we were completely satisfied. He offered a solution—which we chose to wait on implementing due to not wanting additional visits during the pandemic, and we are grateful that we do not feel rushed knowing that Mark and Jenny are true to their word and sincerely care about their customers. They have repeatedly shown that they are willing to go above and beyond in making sure that we were satisfied with our flooring investment.

Long story short - was already in possession of 1000sq feet of tile. Floor Coverings International North Tampa found me tilers and booked the crew and saw to it that it was all done as requested. When additional tiles were needed they fixed that too. All done through emails and phone calls. No worries about payment until after all was done. Well done Jenny and Mark and thx for a superb service - thx Jonas
