We purchased hardwood for our house in the fall. The installation went smooth, but the flooring had issues, creaking, popping, and other noises. The company stood behind the product and when it was determined there was no easy solution, they replaced the entire floor. They stand behind their work and their product. What a pleasure to find contractors who are polite, knowledgeable, helpful, clean and timely. Will did a great design job and had all the materials ordered and delivered as promised. Dan and John started work each day at the time they told us, cleared out the old carpet in our living room, dining room and hallway, levelled out the concrete slab and installed the super vynil boards, transition strips and beading in 3 days. They also moved all the heavy furniture and cleaned up thoroughly. I highly recommend Flooring Surfaces.
