I'm meticulous (OCD). I met with many flooring contractors, tried about a hundred floor samples, took 4 months to decide. EJ was patient throughout and provided the absolute best in customer experience and advice. Not only does he know his stuff but for a very reasonable price. Just calculating his time spent with me, I don't see how he made any money. His staff (shoutout to Kuong and Danny) are experts in their craft and knocked it out very quickly, maintaining the detail I like, allowing me and my wife to focus on other pressing tasks afterwards (and there were many). Can't thank Floors Direct West enough. With confidence, I've already started recommending them to everyone I know.

I'm Ali I did order my hardwood floors from floors direct and IG is a good customer service, I bought my hardwood vintage I still waiting for delivery and IG reffer me to Kevin to install my hardwood floors I hope will be good ,I got reasonable deals. Floors direct west is the best for now
I am not one to give or spend time providing online reviews, however, the service we experienced here was exactly what a customer deserves. EJ was very responsive to all our inquiries ( timely / efficient responses). His installers where great ( excellent work, clean and courteous). We also found their pricing to be very good and their advice very practical. You will not go wrong with this product / service provider. Our new floor looks great. P.S. they came recommended by the Canadian floor manufacturer which we purchased ( #Vintage ).
Purchased our engineered hardwood from Floors Direct and had EJ's team do the install. Excellent pricing and top notch product at the showroom. Kuong did the install and he was awesome, solved all the issues we had and was very detail oriented. Highly recommend!
My experience with Floor Direct West was excellent from start to finish : customer service, in-depth knowledge, product selections, pricing and installation services! EJ has been awesome to deal with ,In need of flooring for my condo but knowing nothing about flooring, EJ patiently and very knowledgeably answered all my questions and helped guide me to the right product. I could not have done this without him. Pricing was very competitive and installation was as scheduled and very well done.I would highly recommend this store.Thanks for all the help!!
