This team went above and beyond for us! We drove from several hours south for our appointment. Despite the fact that the office was shut down due to a snow storm (that we we unaware of down south) They came in just to take care of us because we'd driven so far. Now that's service!

At this time I haven't received my hearing aids yet. But I have to say I have had a good experience so far with the staff of Kabel Hearing Center. They are friendly and knowledgeable and will answer all your questions even if they have to call the company to do it. I asked a lot of questions and the lady who was helping me had to call the hearing aid company 3 times and she was still smiling when she came back to the room and was really sweet to my wife and myself. I would recommend that you give Kabel Hearing Center a try I think you will be pleased with the service.
