Doug and Lee are truly amazing. As a business we are always concerned about safety and of cause accessibility, Extra Storage offers BOTH. On the day we visited, Lee was patience and gave us a tour of the facility and unit. He was transparent with all fees and cost which was honestly refreshing. Today Doug was able to walk us through securing our unit over the phone. He was funny and friendly and honestly, the best part of my day :-)
This place is the bees knees. Lee made this process fun, how that is possible I have no idea. This place is white glove clean, safe, trustworthy and friendly. It had everything we were looking for at the most affordable rate in the area. I could not recommend this location higher. Best customer experience I have experienced for not only storage but really any type of business.
Again, Doug's the man! After assessing all our items are realized that the unit we had was too small. I called Doug and he worked magic and was able to get is a new unit with all our requirements. He transferred our lease and all we had to do was show up to marvel in the greatness of our new larger unit. Thanks again Doug!
They helped me out so much! It was honestly a fast and easy experience. They explained everything with great details and made sure I knew everything I needed to know. Would definitely recommend to college students and everyone else!
Wow what a place. Very very very clean well organized and the staff 5 stars lee and Doug very friendly and helpful with everything. Showing me how to open gates with there app. I recommend this place to anyone looking for storage with a bang they go out of there way to help. Lee and Doug were so helpful. In the craziness of moving out of my home and using a storage unit for the first time, they helped to make a smooth transition for my family. The building was clean and the parking was very convenient. I greatly appreciate their assistance and would highly recommend this storage facility!
