I had a visit with Dr.Turner earlier today. I was met with detailed care and compassion. He was attentive to every concern I had and went above and beyond to answer any questions. His bedside manner was impeccable. It’s very apparent he loves his profession and genuinely cares for his patients. Highly recommend!

I would have to agree with the negative posts and I can't see how the positive reviews are accurate. (Google reviews don't appear to screen false reviews.) I wouldn't recommend this doctor. I agree with others that he doesn't seem to care anything about your issue. He simple doesn't care. He just appears to want you to come in and out so he can receive his paycheck. Doesn't seem to make any real attempt at solving what's wrong with you. He seems to be getting by on his credentials and working at the Summit Medical Group. I would look for someone else. And, I'm not surprised that he is able to see new patients.

Went to see Dr turner in june/July, he was disinterested in helping me he asked me to get a copy of my MRI. So I did, I dropped it off and never heard a thing back I called several times with no help. so I went to his office to speak to the staff and they simply responded \it's up to the Dr if he wants to get back to you\ extraordinarily unprofessional as has been with most Dr's I've visited in the summit medical group zero help overall. Update - in response to my response right here. I won't email that department I've visited several specialist inside of the summit medical group. You can literally see that Im having a problem, have been for about 2 years. The Dr's say it doesn't make sense and the dozen of xrays and mri's aren't matching the massive amount of pain that I'm in, so what do they do have me do more mri's and xrays. So instead of trying anything else we just shrug it off and say next!! Each \Dr\ I came across was the same lackluster experience, very uneager to figure this out. So now I'm at a different medical group starting all over again. But what I will do is make sure that anybody that asks me knows to stay away from smg. They all got paid and I'm still in pain and still Need help. And this Dr here can ignore me forever now. But he can't ignore these helpful reviews informing injured people to go elsewhere.

I went to see Dr. Turner after sustaining a brain injury at work. He walked into the room practically ready to tell me what the issue was within five minutes. And he did. He said there was nothing wrong, that it was all in my head and that he recommended mindfulness and counseling. His abrupt manner surprised both me and my husband. He truly didn't listen to my concerns nor did he seem interested. There is a strong connection between concussions and visual processing and vision issues and he just refused to support the idea that the brain can struggle with that. Now, over a year later and a different doctor I'm wearing prism glasses and I'm on the path to recovery. Perhaps he's really good with other neurological issues, but concussions and brain injuries are not his forté.
