What kind of doctor absolutely refuses to call a patient back who has a question? A cruel one. If you have a question, it costs a copay and a visit. This is despite communicating by portal message to ask a question from the patient who has other serious issues that were priorities in comparison to ankle tendinitis. Things like biopsies for cancer, an ill spouse, and a herniated cervical disc causing painful radiculopathy take precedence over running back to hear a bunch of nothing. Incredibly disappointed. In answer to the patient rep below, I tried that route and was told to pound salt (ie. just too bad) and find another doctor as she can choose to do what she wants. According to your personnel, the division chair supported the doctor's decision to not call back. You guys are very well organized and have several good doctors but the communication and the feeling of "caring" can be sorely lacking.

A great experience. I was very happy with the amount of attention Dr. Adam gave. She asked a lot of questions and really tried to understand my medical history before getting in to a diagnosis for the pain I was experiencing. She gave me multiple recommendations for treatment and for improving my general health going forward. I never felt rushed or like she wasn't listening. I'll be going back to Dr. Adam if I have any issues in the future.
