Unprofessional and inefficient service. Not up to date with customer service, returns and exchanges today's companies are much more compliant in order to gain customer loyalty for return business.

I will give this place two stars because at least the people are nice about it when you email them, but I bought stuff from their online store maybe 3 months ago and I still haven't received everything. Getting extremely irritating.
