Excellent service from a very knowledgeable professional! Thomas Webb went above & beyond to help me get the exact phone to meet my needs & set up my phone! He enhanced and transformed my entire Life by encouraging me to upgrade my old phone 7 plus, and even took the time to help explain how to carefully upload all my critical data, putting my mind to rest . From beginning to end, Wins demonstrated above average intelligence and utmost knowledge of the all the various phones. He listened carefully to me and determined the best fit for my needs. The Verizon Wireless service that I've received for years has been exemplary. I attribute this to the knowledge, professionalism and charm of our Verizon Sales Associate Thomas Webb. It is no surprise that when we are ready to upgrade every few years Thomas is the first person we call. If I'm not mistaken Thomas has handled 4 new contracts over the past 12 years, to include a total of 16 cell phone purchases. He is always just a phone call away if we ever need assistance.
