I only managed to make it once to Centro do Ser (due to cutting my trip short due to a terrible weather forecast and limited time remaining in Brazil). I live in Vancouver and go to yoga pretty much everyday, typically to vinyasa / power classes and favour a physically challenging practice. I went to a hot yoga class with Natascha and it was really amazing. Very intimate studio, and exactly the challenging practice I'd been looking for. I don't speak any Portuguese, but Natascha was patient with me and helped me when I wasn't quite following. My only gripe with the studio is that it's accessed by a kinda sketchy hill (read extremely steep gradient) which isn't particularly well sign posted in the dark. I'd suggest allowing ten minutes more than you think you need to make sure you can find it and get up the hill! Other than that it was an excellent experience and highly recommend the studio.
