There is nothing I could say but find wonderful all doctors such as Mariano Cillo, Leonrdo Pnkel, Luciana Bellaquero... But my experience with dermatology was not at all good. The first doctor, told me she was in a hurry so she couldn't take out my moles. That was some time ago, Today I had another appointment, 15.10, so I put off other obligations and after travelling for an hour, they told me they had left a message in my phone and an e-mail. The mail doesn't exist although they insisted it had been sent yesterday.I never got notice on my phone. I believe they should make sure the patient gets the message and not send it one day early if they ever did. Whenever we have to change an appointment we try to get in touch and make sure it is received. I am really angry for such a lack of consideration. Again, not about the medical staff, but about whoever is in charge of dealing with these situations and do't consider the problems these things can cause us.

La atención telefónica es paupérrima. Me derivaron 3 veces y no pudieron tárdeme turno. Toda la información que me dieron los operadores era incorrecta. Y el trato una falta de respeto en tiempo y forma.

Si se quieren atender vayan a Central, Urologia y otorrino un desastre. Cuidado con las recepcionistas de laboratorio que son recontra despistadas.
