Dr. Rossetti was very prompt in responding to an inquiry I had emailed and then set an appointment to come in the very same week. She reprogrammed and updated my hearing aids as well as helped me set up an app to control them. I plan on returning for an annual checkup and I am truly happy to call her my new audiologist!

She recommended and fitted me with a first class pair of hearing aids. When I experience difficulty with its blue tooth connection, she eventually had another pair provided.
