Having worked with way too many mortgage brokers before, I was not looking forward to having to deal with another one, especially under the circumstances that this time would be under. From the first call Thomas was a breath of fresh air and a pure joy to work with. Thomas is a no nonsense straightforward to the point hard working individual who is very helpful throughout the entire home buying process. Thomas is always there to answer any questions at your time and pace and in return asks you questions to make sure that he knows that you understood him. Be ready to keep up with him not the other way around. Would have closed earlier if the other members of the home buying process worked as hard as and as efficiently as Thomas does. Thomas drives the boat, not just riding along in it. Despite all his hard driving Thomas is extremely patient and honest about the loan application process. From the very start, Thomas was on top of informing me about the details of every single document required from me to ensure a seamless and efficient process for loan approval. I never felt pressured or as if I was being difficult throughout the entire loan approval process and believe me when I say that my situation was extremely difficult to begin with. That is why we called and will call again on Thomas Martin for our home loan.
