Very caring, if a bit pricey for some tests. Since I adopted two strays one feral, it was good to have a complimentary first exam. Shots tests had been performed when they were in a foster care. A second set of understanding eyes is always reassuring.

1. Someone answered the phone WITHOUT it ringing 10 times. 2. The person who answered the phone had a pleasant & professional demeanor. 3. I got the information I needed and secured an appointment the next day. 4. Drop off and pick up was covid safe and done with ease. 5. The groomer informed me BEFOREHAND that my dog was matted and had to go low. I knew, but we always hate to hear it. 6. The call to pick my dog up was filled with important details discovered during grooming. (Thanks Debbie ) 7. The price was unbelievably reasonable for the service I received. 8. Olympia Fields & Flossmoor have provided nothing but superior services and products since we moved here in October. This animal hospital made an outstanding first impression.
