Now i understand Covid is very much so real but every time i go the this office with my fiancé I’m told to wait in the car while he sits there alone and watch other couples go in together sit together and see the door together and yes we are a black couple and yes every other couple is white he had a conversation with his doctor about it with me on FaceTime might i add and the doctor didn’t understand why the front desk was doing this and said i can come with him so i tried today and sure enough i was told to sit in the car these people are a joke

The staff and doctors are very nice! They respect your humanity and treat you like a person. The doctors actually listen to you! Plus they do their job very well! My shoulder feels so much better since my surgery! I can fully use it now without pain!

ZERO rating. Just really Rude over the phone, with two girls, while I was trying to become a new patient. -"We dont have a Dr for that today" -"Ok, well Friday's work for me" -"thats what im telling you we dont have a dr on Fridays" -"you said "today"' not Friday's"- "today IS Friday"-"that doesnt mean every Friday" smh. wow. Ok. Suddenly another voice comes on and is more rude then the first. "WHAT DO YOU NEED?"... And on and on. Finally I said "you dont need to be rude, this is too much for me" and she said "ok" and hung up... -Go where you are celebrated, not Tolerated... No way I'm giving these Individuals my buisness.
