After reading some good reviews, I wanted to support a local business during COVID so hired Keith to supply and install a media room for me. The initial consult was good and he was accommodating in working to my schedule for the install but since then I have not been impressed. The remote he chose for us is overly complicated (something I’d specifically said I didn’t want) and we had problems from the start with the system turning off mid movie. Install was in September and I brought the remote issue to his attention in October. He said he’d switch to an alternative but has been unresponsive since. I have a very expensive system that has a useless remote and requires a restart 2-3 times per movie. (Faulty receiver perhaps?) Hopefully a negative Google review will get Keith to respond.

Over past year, Dr. Sound has done quite a bit of work for us, turned the game room into a theater room, wired the outdoor patio for both audio and visual, and installed security cameras around the house. Keith and his team did a great job. He found solutions for all of my needs.
