If I could rate Cartsmax a 10, I would! My family had a superb experience from our initial text exchange to delivery. This family run business cares about its customers’ experiences and they deliver quality carts. Our cart was delivered in a very timely manner. But then my son hit a pole with the cart within 15 minutes of delivery! Shayne came back, picked the cart up, got it repaired and delivered it back to us in less than 24 hours. Jimmy and Shayne are people with high levels of integrity and we will work with them for many, many years. You cannot go wrong working with Cartsmax!

I did not buy my cart from Cartsmax, but had two very positive experiences with Cartsmax for repairs. The work was done quickly and done well for a fair price. Jimmy, the owner, also helped me when I was broken down once with my family. I also consider Jimmy and Melissa to be very knowledgeable, professional, and fair. I also felt like I was communicated with clearly and had no problem getting a response in a very timely manner when I called or emailed. My cart was also picked up or returned each time on time for no charge. I will only be using Cartsmax for now on after my positive experiences on two different situations. I would give higher than a 5 star if I could based on experience.

Nice family that runs this business. Can be hard to get them on the phone. Free pick up and delivery of your cart within a 15 mile radius, as I recall. Communication with the client regarding the status of the work being done needs some work. Nobody called to say that the job was completed. They just delivered it to the house on a long weekend when nobody was home. Luckily, the dog sitter arrived and was able to put the cart in the garage. The bill came in 29 more than what I was quoted for a basic tune up. Upon questioning why, they dropped it down to what I was quoted.

Nice family (family business), but the cart I purchased has been nothing but trouble, and I have only had it for a couple weeks. After purchase they had to rebuild the steering system (should have been discovered in the pre-delivery test drive), the rear bearings on the wheel, and two other things were wrong from the original order. I love supporting small businesses - but I have had three neighbors ask about my cart - all of which I could not make a recommendation about this company (one neighbor has now purchased elsewhere).
