This housing development is very pretty! I love the community of the neighbors and activity present. I loved driving around and seeing all the Christmas lights up for the holiday season. Plus, the amenities are always clean and well supervised!

My husband and I walked in several of the homes Dr. Horton is building in the latest extension of Sterling on Lake. We have family who owns a house in another portion of the neighborhood and it’s beautiful. These houses are pretty on the outside, but absolutely terrible workmanship on the inside. We probably went in about four before I told him I had seen enough. It was almost as they had been “glued” together. Moldings gaping, gashes in the walls, bumpy drywall everywhere, caulking over flowing where they tried to sloppily put trim together,etc. They were awful and they were showing these houses this way! If they look like that on the surface, I can only imagine how they were built and what is behind the walls. No thanks.
