Eeek! The blunt and audacious manner of the wait staff here made me want to cringe. Waitress literally asked me if I needed change back when I paid with high denomination bills. Like I was seriously going to give 17 dollars worth of tip for a 53 dollar meal. I think they were expecting major generosity from me simply because they gave me a free plate of sautéed cabbage, which I didn't ask for at all. The bitter melon chicken soup was also extremely bitter, not something I was able to handle, so it was completely wasted upon leaving. If you don't like bitter flavor, don't order that soup!! The place did seem authentic, but I've definitely tasted better Taiwanese food elsewhere - and I love Taiwanese food!!

This place is one the only authentic Taiwanese cooking around. I highly recommend this restaurant if your in the mood for Taiwanese food. Its not greasy and taste great!

We like the Fly Eye, 3 Cup Chicken & Salty Crispy Chicken. For take-out don't get the crispy chicken. It won't be crispy when you get home. The other 2 are great. It's kind of steep with 3 dishes & 3 rice for 39

Love the authentic Taiwanese food and the management here! Prices are also decent - the great thing is that it is located right off of the Long Island Expressway so you can just pick up your food in a jiffy. When I have cravings, this is my go to Taiwanese restaurant.
