I ordered few small items for a Christmas present on December and 9 and paid for delivery. On January 25th I'm still waiting for delivery. I have asked for a reimbursement and the answer is that I need to have faith on the post service and wait. If you order from these guys make sure they use a reliable courier and not a cheap post service. First time I order from them and last one.

Fantastic service. Can't believe how much time and energy Nancy devoted to getting everything just right. Really impressive and confident I have a set of kit far far better suited to me than based on reviews or just trying in shop displays. And at no extra cost! Nancy's knowledge was also seriously impressive, being able to personally comment on most wings and harnesses. Personal favourite was being able to let me know how to attach the visor to the helmet from a complicated bag of parts without looking at the instructions - from a choice of 20 odd they carry. Not to mention giving advice on things I said had no intention of buying at the moment as well as flying tips.
I have placed an order and the company wasnt oncent with me they didn't have the jackets in stock after a week they asked me to refund half of the order and waited for 10 days more they should've have told me from the beginning that it is not in the stock and they shouldn't have charged me a full amount and refund me the rest
Patient, knowledgeable and fair. Not just professional for a paragliding company, outstanding service for any industry.
