My husband and I (we live in the USA) always try to visit the Adank Winery when we visit family in Switzerland. Hans Ruedi, Patric and his wife are helpful, knowledgeable, hospitable and just plain wonderful. The wine (and sparkling wines) are exceptional ; they know what they’re doing!! They are tucked away in the little village of Fläsch, and are worth the effort to find them!!!
