Just to warn everyone that if you have air conditioning in the centre of Sheffield DON'T USE THIS FIRM. We have been without air conditioning for 5 weeks now. Three weeks to get a part (Fair enough) but two weeks in which they won't fit it. We have complied with their request to pressure wash and clean up the area, due to pidgeon droppings but they still won't do it as a pidgeon who has two chicks nearby (moved as far away from the outside unit by my daughter) looked aggressively at the engineer when he finally came to fit it. I have now found someone who is not averse to pidgeons!!! John Bird, Surrey Street
