Chalet was unlike I have been in before. Poor mans glamping, expensive for a night. Plastic and canvas, no bathroom or water, had to walk to toilet block. Had to clean it after. Could have had hotel en suite for price.

No showers or toilet facilities in use otherwise a nice looking campsite but not very practical no restaurant or bar that we know of no one about to give advise
Good price nice pool very quiet
Nice small site. mainly static caravans. About 40 pitches . Full every night, campervan motor bike push bikes everything. Forget the wiFi you have to stand by reception to use it. But have 4g. It's right in the river which we have access to very nice. Also have a pool. It is on a main road and a motorway is visible from site so have traffic noise but it's not that bad. Would definitely stay here again and came on the A64 from Biarittz to junction 20 on D117 to Foix . It's spectacular. Foix is a beautiful place.
It was okay overall. However when I arrived soaking wet and freezing cold after riding my bike in the rain for four hours, there was nobody in reception to tell me how to take my bike last the barriers or where.to put my tent. No-one answered the phone either. Luckily I asked another customer who walked by and he pointed to a cabin where all the staff were sat around. Not happy. It was advertised to have a "drying room" but when I asked where to dry my clothes, they just said they could help me out and put them on the radiators in the reception. I was grateful for that but not as advertised. No proper place to charge your phone or anything either, I just used the ONE socket they had in the toilet block. Only 2 toilets were currently open when I was there...
Very nice, friendly campsite with well kept grounds. Near a river in a beautiful area with lots of interesting caves and mountains. Supermarket etc very nearby, bread available on the camping itself. The nearby river isn't for swimming but it's possible to go on it by boat. Sitting on the rocks dangling your feet in the water will explain why there's no swimming (it's almost ice )
Good site, perfect for a visit to Foix and environs, good facilities, flat grassy pitches, one of the better sites for sure!
