I had an over the phone therapy appointment scheduled for last friday, me nor my husband has been employed since COVID , we earn little money doing side jobs and couldn't afford my phone bill which ended on Thursday, so I missed my appointment and I ran out of meds that same day... I can't get my script filled until I see my therapist and i've been try ing to call for the last 3 days and have gotten only voicemail, which I have left a message for with my name and number everytime and have yet to get an answer or call back.... That's left me 4 days without my meds which also sends me into psychosis... I still can't get anyone on the phone to schedule an appointment and the suicidal thoughts have started... I don't understand what to do... Please help

Staff was very rude and insensitive towards the person I referred. Patient left crying and unseen. Not the 1st time I've witnessed this behavior from staff. If you have to go and you are able take someone for support.

The intake process is enough to drive one crazy . The doctor has no clue what to do . She list of medications that she wants to try and then say “ would you like to try —“ and list of a random medication. As if I know what those medications are. The doctor never really asks you about YOU and your symptoms. Also she does not educate you on a disorder that she has picked for you . At the same time prescribed multiple medications to try before even telling what the formal diagnosis is. Has terrible “ bed side manner” The doctor seems ill fitting for the field. I have been long diagnosed with anxiety. This doctor takes my information then hints around to the intake prognosis being bi polar and personality disorder. Now that is nearly a doc doing guess work however that can have harmful effects to the children she also treats. I’m glad I’m old enough to know better .

I took my son to this place for mental help. They said he didn't have mental issues. Which he does. So basically just took my 25 for nothing. Not helpful at all.

The staff is Not Helpful at all. My wife has not received the help she needs. We are looking for Real professionals for mental help outside of altapoint. For DBT therapy. Tired of the non professional staff. It is not professional for the therapist to have body movements(farting) while supposedly listening without an excuse me at least. In other words Not Professional.
