I was given 3 different estimates for replacing soffit and facia, the first price increase was an extra 3000, the 2nd was an extra 1500. They will tell you the job is no problem, give you an estimate, string you along for weeks as they keep raising the price on you. Jason, Joe and Melissa all wasted my time when I could've been contacting reputable roofers.
