be aware of this business stay away, they got my 2800 deposit, with no disclosures or terms about cancellation or holding deposit, they are holding deposits illegally, now after a few month they hold my deposit they are saying they cannot refund me my money back, email, and contract was rerecorded and will file a claim at the court house, got some meetings with some attorneys and they find some illegally operation stuff, be aware walk away !!!! will let you update after the court claim will be closed
