Walked in your store last weekend to buy a game. Took the empty box up to cashier. I was told you do not stock games, you are trying something new. We can order online for you. WHAT??? If I wanted to order online I would have used Amazon. You are brick and mortar not a virtual store. I came to your store to make a purchase, not to wait. I was told game would take 2 days to ship My game still has not been shipped. This is Christmas season, have you lost your mind? Stick with what you are good at!

They stopped selling pokemon cards and never have enough copies of literally any game. Not really much point of coming here anymore if you're a nintendo fan.

I am not happy with this store...over the years my family and I have spent 1000's..I bought an Xbox last Christmas for my grandson..I also paid an extra 20 for a Year's Warranty...a couple of weeks ago..it just stopped working..the warranty I bought was supposed to cover a replacement in this event..they haven't been able to replace it..now..after many attempts to resolve..they said we could have store credit for the old one..get a lower memory USED one..IF we pay an extra 70 for it as well with no credit for the warranty price..Sorry but I expected more..I won't go back for anything else if this one ever gets straightened out
