Wonderfully delightful coffees and delectably delicious bagels. While the menu isn't as expansive as Starbucks, they serve a much higher quality of selections. Courteous staff and spotless dining room. Sporting a relaxing environment and now another, well deserved, 5 star review. I'm passing through and sad I don't live here. This place is a favorite on my road trip.
Terrible service rude employees repeatedly Actually I have had several instances where I wasn’t happy with the drink. I just haven’t posted until now. Because this time both workers were unpleasant rude unfriendly. Your menu has double espresso shot listed to purchase. My flavor pump on the side was a simple request. They just did not listen to what I asked for. Regardless, if you are paying for whatever it shouldn’t matter. There was a time also not long back no one knew how to refund a drink I was unhappy with. And another instance where I believe the worker tasted a drink then poured it and handed it to me to try after that. Then yet another time no one would pick up the phone to answer my call. I REPEAT THAT I WAS NEVER TOLD OR SPECIFIED YOU CANT ORDER SEPARATELY. THE 2 ITEMS ARE LISTED ON YOUR MENU OUTSIDE IN DRIVE THRU. IT DOES NOT EXCUSE YOUR RUDE EMPLOYEES OR THE FACT THAT YOU WOULD RATHER GET ON HERE AND ARGUE WITH ME, AS THE PAYING CUSTOMER, EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT THE RIGHT WAY TO KEEP GETTING BUSINESS… I DID CALL THE STORE NUMBER ONLINE THE FIRST TIME I WAS UNHAPPY WITH A DRINK MADE NO ONE PICKED UP. WAS TOLD NEW EMPLOYEE DID NOT KNOW HOW TO DO A REFUND MONTHS AGO ANOTHER TIME THE DRINK WAS INCORRECT. YOU GUYS DO NOT HAVE A SIGN ANYWHERE SAYING NO REFUNDS ALLOWED. THIS IS ALL VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ON YOUR PART AS A BUSINESS TO SIT HERE ARGUING WITH ME AND CALLING ME, the customer, A LIAR.
I love the bagels and coffee and would give them five stars for that alone. However, in the last few months, their service has been so slow. After you order, you have to wait at a minimum of 10 mins to get your items- literally coffee and a plain toasted bagel. The wait time is ridiculous, and I am confused about why it takes so long. This place loses a few customers a day because I see people pull out the line due to the wait. I really love this place and always recommend others there. They just need to figure out ways to move the line faster!
Finally visited the new Southern Shores Coffee location in Foley. Such a neat location, beach vibe, and plenty of room to stretch out. It’s even got a pool table! The staff are very knowledgeable and attentive. The owner was especially pleasant. I tried a Buckeye Frappe, it was amazing, and the baked goods, and panini’s are to die for! This will be my new favorite place to visit while in Foley
The best coffee shop ever!!! The people are wonderful and polite. It’s a positive vibe whenever I come in. They make you feel like family!!!
Love their Bushwacker coffee. The pastries were delicious
Great coffee and bagels! Clean surroundings and friendly staff. Nothing not to like. I prefer to use a local shop instead of the big chain.
