Nice hotel, comfortable rooms, friendly personnel, very good food (also vegetarian version). We happened to be there on St. Valentine’s Day and were surprised by the staff with a nice occasional table decoration and a wonderful cake. The only “minus” is a lack of a comfortable bar or caffe where you could sit in the evening and enjoy a drink. This is possible in the lobby but it’s not exactly comfortable

Everything was good or great except for a horrible unusable WiFi connection. What is even worse is that, even though they said that they had no idea what was happening, the first day that low season ended, WiFi was functioning perfectly. It might have been a coincidence, but I personally dont think so. All the rest was great value for the money. Very good food. I am a vegetarian and they worked hard to meet my needs.

Although we didn’t stay here at this hotel I have a personal thank you to Gianluca at the reception, Aurora and Giada for looking after my son. We stayed at another hotel and was looking for child care in Folgaria. We struggled until I contacted Gianluca. He kindly offered to get childcare for my 3 year old whilst we had ski lessons in the morning. Initially we were anxious as we didn’t know much about Hotel Villagio Nevada but as soon as we entered we noticed a very child friendly, colourful and family orientated hotel. Our son was very happy and didn’t want to leave when we came to pick him up at lunch time. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to skiing to folgaria. A special - Thank you again to Gianluca, Aurora and Giada for making our holiday very enjoyable.
