Just unbelievable as service! I got a problem on a air bed which was bought in France. By phone they told me it's theorically not possible to exchange it (because bought in an other country) but they were ready to do it if i were in the neighborhood and to help me. That was done within 45 mn! Thanks a lot especially to Erica ! Benoit
